Time + frequency adverbs
at 7:00 · on Monday · in the morning. He / she + -s: she works. always · usually · sometimes · never go before the verb, but after be.

Con he / she / it el verbo lleva -s (works, goes, studies). Los adverbios de frecuencia van antes del verbo («I always eat breakfast») pero después de «be» («He is never late»).
Days, months and dates
Calendars, appointments and deadlines use days, months and dates.
on + day or date (on Monday, on October 26) · in + month or year (in October, in 2026). Say dates with ordinals: first, second, third, twenty-sixth.

- Today is Monday, October 26.
- My birthday is on March 10.
